The development of society and the state largely depends on the personnel working in this area, which is one of the main reference points of a particular industry. In particular, medical personnel occupy an important place in public life, they are entrusted with a responsible and honorable task, such as maintaining people's health, treating patients.The article examines the historical aspects of the stages of the formation of the healthcare system in Soviet times. This aspect of the issue is devoted to the activities of women in the field of medicine in Kashkadarya region. This article describes the contribution of women to the development of medicine in the health history of the Kashkadarya oasis at the beginning of the last century, the measures taken to combat the disease in the face of various difficulties.
