Жумладан, ижтимоий ҳаётда тиббиёт кадрлари муҳим ўрин эгаллаб, улар зиммасига инсонлар саломатлигини сақлаш, касалланиб қолганларни даволашдек масъулиятли ва шарафли вазифа юкланади. Мақолада совет даврида соғлиқни сақлаш тизимини шаклланиш босқичларининг тарихий жиҳатлари ёритилган. Масаланинг ушбу жиҳати Қашқадарё воҳасида тиббиёт соҳасида хотин-қизларнинг фаолияти ишларига қаратилган. Ўтган аср бошида Қашқадарё воҳаси соғлиқни сақлаш тарихида хотин-қизларнинг тиббий соҳа ривожига қўшган ҳиссалари, турли қийинчиликлар шароитида касалликка қарши кураш чора-тадбирлари тўғрисидаги маълумотлар ёритилган.
