В данной статье описывается водная цивилизация Узбекистана и ее роль в развитии страны. Упоминалось об инновационном подходе к водным ресурсам, который в настоящее время является глобальной проблемой.
Одним из важнейших аспектов жизни нашей стремительно развивающейся страны сегодня являются возможности цивилизации, высокий уровень культуры нашего народа в использовании и охране воды, опыт традиционного управления с общечеловеческими ценностями. Неслучайно особое внимание уделяется обучению передовых ирригаторов с современным мышлением. В связи с этим одной из важнейших жизненных потребностей, особенно для молодых ирригаторов, становится обладание глубокими знаниями и большим талантом, четкое определение задач, связанных с вопросами их духовного просвещения.
