Ушбу мақолада Ўзбекистон ҳудудидаги сув цивилизацияси ва унинг мамлакат тараққиётидаги ўрни ҳақида ёритилган. Ҳозирги кунда глобал муаммо бўлган сув ресурсларига инновацион ёндашиш айтиб ўтилган.
Бугунги кунда жадал тараққий этаётган мамлакатимиз ҳаётида муҳим аҳамиятга эга бўлаётган муҳим жабҳалардан бири, яъни сув цивилизацияси имкониятлари, сувдан фойдаланиш ва уни муҳофаза қилиш бўйича халқимизнинг юксак даражадаги маданиятини, анънавий хўжалик юритиш тажрибаларини умумбашарий қадриятлар билан уйғунлаштириш асосида замонавий тафаккурга эга бўлган етук ирригатор кадрлар тайёрлаш масалаларига алоҳида эътибор қаратилаётгани асло бежиз эмас. Бу борада айниқса ёш ирригаторларнинг чуқур билимли ва юксак иқтидорли бўлишига эришиш, уларнинг маънавий-маърифий юксалиши масалалари билан боғлиқ долзарб вазифаларни аниқ белгилаб олиш ҳеч шубҳасиз муҳим ҳаётий эҳтиёжлардан бирига айланмоқда.
