Abstract

This article examines pedagogical strategies for developing a culture of conscious career choice among students through the formation of professional attitudes, as well as their relationship with personal interests, abilities, values, and social needs. It also analyzes the possibilities of developing students’ independent professional decision-making skills in the educational process through diagnostic approaches, reflective tasks, career-oriented conversations, practical observations, and pedagogical support.
