ОПЫТ ЗАРУБЕЖНЫХ СТРАН ПО РАССЛЕДОВАНИЮ УБИЙСТВ

В статье рассматривается практика зарубежных стран по расследованию преступлений, связанных с убийством. Были высказаны мнения по вопросам методики и тактики, используемых при расследовании преступлений, а также о роли и значении судебной экпертизы в раскрытии данного вида преступлений. В то же время был освещен анализ криминалистических технических средств, проанализированы тактические правила при расследовании убийств, используемые в следственной практике зарубежных стран в сопоставлении с национальным опытом, а также высказаны предложения и рекомендации автора.
