Жиноятларни тергов қилишда қўлланиладиган методика ва тактика масалалари, шунингдек, ушбу турдаги жиноятларни очишда экпертизанинг ўрни ва аҳамияти юзасидан фикрлар билдириб ўтилган. Шу билан бирга, қотиллик жиноятларини тергов қилишда қўлланиладиган криминалистик техник воситаларнинг таҳлили ёритилган бўлиб, хориж мамлакатларнинг тергов амалиётида қўлланиладиган тактик қоидалар миллий тажриба билан қиёсий таҳлил этилган ҳамда муаллиф томонидан таклиф ва тавсиялар келтириб ўтилган.
