В условиях обновления узбекского общества возникает множество вопросов по повышению эффективности работы государственных органов. С точки зрения того факта, что большинство действующих в настоящее время высших учебных заведений все еще находятся в ведении государства, в связи с чем, создание устойчивой системы оценки эффективности деятельности преподавателей чрезвычайна важна, наряду с государственными органами. Такой подход важен и для вхождения узбекских национальных вузов в топ-1000 мировых вузов. В то же время, немаловажным является создание стабильных показателей, обеспечивающих четкие справедливые направления, в которых преподаватели могли бы «творить» и плодотворно работать на своих рабочих местах. В этой статье обсуждаются такие вопросы.
