Abstract

The article examines the legal aspects of ensuring gender equality in modern labor relations. The concept of discrimination, as well as the main regulatory documents and international standards aimed at eliminating gender discrimination in the workplace are considered. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of effective measures and mechanisms aimed at ensuring equal opportunities for men and women in the labor sphere based on the experience of foreign countries. The author also tried to emphasize the impact of gender equality on increasing the level of social justice and economic stability, given its importance for the development of modern society.
