This article describes the history of the development of the norms of the criminal law and its specific aspects, which determine responsibility for crimes that are dangerous to life or health. Including threats to kill or use violence, spread sexually transmitted disease or HIV/AIDS, criminal abortion, forcing a woman to abort her fetus artificially, forcing a person to agree to receive organs and (or) tissues from her for transplantation, improper performance of one's duties in connection with the profession and in danger The history of the development of the legal norms that determine the responsibility for crimes such as leaving is justified. In addition, specific features of liability for crimes dangerous to life or health in the Criminal Code of the USSR dated June 16, 1926, Specific features of liability for crimes dangerous to life or health in the JK of the UZSSR dated May 21, 1959, as well as "Crimes dangerous to life or health" of the first section of the Special Criminal Code of 1994, which was adopted after our independence, entitled "Crimes against the person" The special features of the 3rd chapter are analyzed on a scientific basis with conclusions.
