ISSUES OF QUALIFICATION OF CRIMES AGAINST PUBLIC ORDER

In the article, the author, from the point of view of criminal-legal composition, examines the issues of criminal-legal qualification of some crimes against public order, in particular, such crimes as mass riots, violation of the order of organizing or holding meetings, rallies, street marches or demonstrations, obstruction of the work of an enterprise, institution or organization in a state of emergency, resistance to a representative of the authorities or a person performing a civic duty, hooliganism and others, while based on the results of the analysis, the corresponding scientific and theoretical conclusions were developed.
