OBJECT OF THE CRIME OF FINANCING TERRORISM

The article provides a comprehensive criminal-legal analysis of the object of terrorist financing, paying attention to its types and features. The object of the crime is considered, including its types and the subject of this crime. Particular emphasis is placed on the subject of terrorist financing, such as the use of cryptocurrencies, shadow transactions and international financial schemes. The author studies in detail the object of the crime as one of the main elements of the crime and makes appropriate judgments on this matter
