LEGAL ELEMENTS OF THE OFFENSE INVOLVING NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THE LAWFUL DEMANDS OF LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS

This article examines the legal composition of the offense of failing to comply with the lawful demands of internal affairs officers, including its object, objective aspect, subject, and subjective aspect. It also explores the forms and types of unlawful behavior involving non-compliance with the legitimate requirements of internal affairs officers and other individuals tasked with maintaining public order and ensuring citizens' rights and freedoms. The article discusses how this administrative offense can be manifested through both actions and inactions. Additionally, the author presents proposals and reflections on these concepts.
