PROSPECTS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF CIVIL LEGISLATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN ON ORGANIZATIONAL AND LEGAL CONCERN

This article analyzes the widespread development of corporate relations as a result of expanding the limits and areas of activity of legal entities, the development of legislation aimed at regulating their activities. Also, special attention is paid to corporate relations as the most important and basic part of organizational and legal relations, and a proposal is made to divide legal entities into corporate and unincorporated legal entities in order to determine their legal status and activities in this aspect.
