The article analyzes the role of dental health care contracts concluded for a fee in everyday life. Also, in addition to the types and importance of dental care, specific aspects of the contract have been studied. The role and scientific analysis of dental health care contracts concluded for a fee in everyday life was analyzed on scientific grounds. In the world and in the Republic of Uzbekistan, such issues as the current state of dental health contracts today, prospects of dental health service contracts for the following period are studied.
