PROSPECTS FOR IMPROVING LIABILITY FOR THE FORGERY, SALE OR USE OF DOCUMENTS

This article comprehensively examines the theoretical and legal foundations, as well as practical
aspects of the crime of forgery, sale or use of documents. The main objective of the study is to conduct
an in-depth analysis of the system of liability for documentary crimes established in the criminal
legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, identify problems in this area, and develop scientifically
based proposals for improving the legislation. The study analyzes the concept, content, objective and
subjective features of the crime of forgery of documents, and determines the differences between this
crime and other types of crimes
