ANALYSIS OF THE LEGAL FOUNDATIONS OF TRADE UNION ACTIVITIES IN THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

The article analyzes the legal foundations of trade union activities in Uzbekistan. Based on current
legislation and international standards, their organizational and legal status, as well as their role in
society, are examined. The significance of trade unions in protecting socio-economic rights is
emphasized, and proposals for improving the legal framework are presented. Practical
recommendations for enhancing the authority and effectiveness of trade unions are also provided.
