This article analyzes the legal basis for the use of information systems in the activities of the
prosecutor's office and their role in preventing juvenile delinquency. It explores the potential for
increasing the effectiveness of preventive measures through the implementation of information and
communication technologies. The paper also provides recommendations for improving current
legislation. This scientific analysis emphasizes the importance of digitalizing the activities of the
