METHODOLOGICAL AND THEORETICAL FOUNDATIONS OF LEGAL ANALYSIS OF CORRUPTION CRIMES

This article explores the methodological and theoretical approaches to the legal analysis of corruption
crimes. It reveals the legal nature of corruption, its level of social danger, and its role within the
criminal law system. The importance of modern scientific methods in combating corruption is also
emphasized. Practical proposals based on the views of domestic and international scholars aim to
highlight new aspects of the theoretical foundations of corruption.
