ISSUES OF RESPONSIBILITY FOR VIOLATIONS OF LABOR LEGISLATION AND THEIR TYPES

Within the framework of this article, the author analyzes the concept of crimes related to violations of labor legislation, the protection of the right to work, and examines various scholars' views on the matter, engaging in scientific debate with their opinions. Furthermore, the article provides a detailed analysis of the grounds for imposing each type of liability for violations of labor legislation. Special attention is given to the study of the legal grounds for holding individuals accountable in accordance with the norms of the Labor Code, the Code of Administrative Liability, and the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
