SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL ASPECTS OF PROSECUTORIAL SUPERVISION OVER THE IMPLEMENTATION OF LEGISLATION AIMED AT ENSURING EMPLOYMENT OF THE POPULATION

This article examines the scientes and practical aspects of prosecutorial oversight over the implementation of legislative acts aimed at ensuring employment. The author believes that, as a result of ongoing large-scale reform aimed at ensuring employment, increasing incomes, and reducing poverty, the effective organization of prosecutorial oversight in this area is of great legal significance. Although this area of prosecutorial oversight has been studied by scholars in the general context of of prosecutorial oversight, it has not been explored as an independent research topic. In some instances, the author engages in scholarly debate with several researchers. The article also examines the purpose of prosecutorial oversight in this area, the importance of prosecutorial oversight, negative factors in ensuring legality, and methodological and practical recommendations to be followed when organizing oversight.
