FOREIGN EXPERIENCE OF JUDICIAL CONTROL OVER OPERATIONAL-SEARCH ACTIVITIES

The article provides a comprehensive analysis of foreign experience in judicial control over operational-search activities. It comparatively examines the practices of Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, as well as Germany, France, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Particular attention is paid to ensuring privacy, protecting constitutional rights, and the role of judicial authorization in covert investigative measures. The study highlights the importance of balancing crime prevention with human rights guarantees and concludes with recommendations for improving national legislation in line with international standards.
