This article examines the range of actors involved in strikes that take place in the labor relations of Uzbekistan. Also, based on the experience of developed foreign countries, the rights and obligations of workers who went on strike when collective labor disputes were not resolved were investigated. Guarantees to striking employees, reflected in labor legislation, were disclosed. The right to participate in strikes in various states has been investigated on various scales.. From the experience of a number of foreign countries in the content, it was revealed that there are no restrictions on participation as a subject in strike actions.
