SOCIO-BIOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF A PERSON WHO HAS COMMITTED A CRIME AGAINST PERSONAL FREEDOM

This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the socio-biological characteristics of persons who have committed crimes against personal freedom. The study examines such indicators of offenders as age, gender, level of education, social status, and marital status, as well as the role of psychological and biological factors in the formation of criminal behavior. In addition, the causes of crimes of this type and the social environmental factors influencing them are considered. The results of the analysis are of practical significance for the prevention of crimes against personal freedom, the improvement of preventive measures, and the enhancement of the effectiveness of law enforcement agencies.
