LEGAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL MECHANISMS FOR IMPROVING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF COOPERATION BETWEEN THE PREVENTION INSPECTOR AND PUBLIC INSTITUTIONS

The article provides a systematic analysis of the cooperation between the prevention inspector and public institutions in the effective organization of crime prevention, revealing its theoretical and legal foundations, the institutional mechanisms of civil society participation, and the forms of interaction within social rehabilitation and resocialization processes. In addition, the practical effectiveness of the prevention inspector’s cooperation with mass media and local self-government bodies is substantiated, and organizational and legal mechanisms aimed at strengthening this cooperation are proposed.
