CRIMINAL LIABILITY FOR RAPE IN SOME FOREIGN COUNTRIES AND ITS PLACE IN THE SYSTEM OF CRIMES AGAINST SEXUAL FREEDOM

In this research article, the author presents a comparative analysis of criminal liability for rape and other sexual acts, and conducts a scientific study of ways to improve liability standards for this type of crime based on the current legislation of Uzbekistan, the Netherlands, Spain, and Germany. Based on the results of the comparative analysis, the author draws scientifically substantiated conclusions about the need for legislators to prioritize the protection of the rights of minors in their approach to national criminal legislation.
