The article analyzes the concept of type of audit services and their essence. The relationship between audit and audit professional services is determined. The analysis of the current national legislation and foreign experience is carried out. The article describes the civil-legal features and features of audit services, provides examples, as well as a comparative analysis based on international experience and presents conclusions.
