CIVIL-LAW REGIME OF FOUNDATION PROPERTY: THEORETICAL FOUNDATIONS AND LEGAL NATURE

This article presents a comprehensive analysis of the civil-law regime governing foundation property, its theoretical foundations and legal nature. It examines the place of the concept of "foundation property" within the civil-law system, its distinctive features as the property of a legal entity, the mechanisms for exercising ownership rights, and the legal limits on the use of foundation assets. A comparative legal analysis of the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the experience of Germany, the United Kingdom, Russia and Kazakhstan is conducted. Based on the findings, theoretical and practical proposals for improving the legal regime of foundation property are formulated.
