THE DELINEATION OF HOOLIGANISM FROM RELATED OFFENCES

The article attempts to investigate the main problems of law enforcement and delineation of hooliganism from related crimes, as well as crimes committed from hooligan motives. The article analyzes the materials of judicial practice in cases of hooliganism and related crimes. Based on the conducted research, it can be concluded that in judicial practice there is no uniform application of the norms of the Criminal code of the Republic of Uzbekistan when distinguishing hooliganism and crimes against the person committed from hooligan motives. Errors in the qualification of the perpetrator's actions are caused by various circumstances, including shortcomings in legislative regulation, established practice of application, as well as a plurality of evaluation criteria that characterize the composition of hooliganism and hooligan motives.
