MEASURES TO IMPROVE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF CRIME PREVENTION (ON THE EXAMPLE OF THEFTS IN BUKHARA REGION)

The article depicts the development of the regional methodology for early prevention of crime in the process of reforms in the sphere of crime prevention and fighting against crime. Moreover, it describes the quantitative and qualitative indicators of theft crimes in Bukhara region, the analysis of victimological factors, causes and conditions, and develops proposals and recommendations to address the existing problems. At the same time, the main focus is on the effective use of operational and investigative measures that help to prevent crime and improve the efficiency of operational-search prevention.
