EXPRESSION OF INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS IN THE CONSTITUTION OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN AND SOME ASPECTS OF IMPROVING THE BASIC LAW

The article discusses the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the legal status of the individual, the rights and freedoms of the individual, in particular the honor and dignity of the individual, the inviolability of private life and the inviolability of the home, the protection of these rights, in addition to constitutional norms, in the norms of civil, administrative and criminal law, as well as the rights of children and their expression in the basic law, guarantees of children's rights and some aspects of improving the Constitution in the context of the renewal of society.
