ENSURING THE INDEPENDENCE OF JUDGES AS THE MAIN DIRECTION OF PROCESSIONAL SUPPORT

This article is devoted to the analysis of ensuring the independence of judges as one of the main directions of criminal proceedings - the main direction of procedural guarantees, as well as a detailed study of theoretical and legal norms for ensuring the independence of judges. The article also analyzes the reforms in the field of legislation aimed at ensuring the true independence of the judiciary, the beginning of a completely new stage aimed at increasing public confidence in justice.
