CONFLICT OF INTEREST AND CORRUPTION: GENERAL-THEORETICAL ASPECTS

In this article, a general and special description of the important aspects of corruption and conflict of interest, which adversely affects the development of society and the state, is given, analyzed by the views of scientists. The conflict of interests and the harmful consequences of corruption brought to society were listed and these consequences were explained on the basis of statistical data. The causes of corruption and conflict of interest, along with the measures taken by the countries of the world, have been discussed at the international level.
