DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN: CONCEPT AND TYPES

In this article is explored such a concept as a domestic violence against women. Additionally, there are given a legal analysis of this concept and, on the basis of this, is carried out a classification of domestic violence against women. Moreover, are studied such types of domestic violence as sexual violence, physical violence, economic violence, psychological violence, in addition, there are given definitions of these concepts, and the distinctive features of these categories are also investigated and analyzed. In particular, the opinions and approaches of foreign and domestic scientists regarding this topic are considered. At the end of this study, there are given suggestions and recommendations.
