The article is devoted to the study of the issues of mutual relations and the main directions of interaction of local self-government bodies with state authorities in the Republic of Karakalpakstan.
The interaction of public authorities and local self-government bodies is based on such principles as the unity of goals and objectives in ensuring the rights and freedoms of man and citizen. Self-government bodies of local self-government and public authorities are established by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Karakalpakstan.
