CRIMINAL LIABILITY OF MEDICAL STAFF: NATIONAL AND FOREIGN EXPERIENCE

This article is devoted to the study and analysis of criminal liability of medical workers on the basis of national and foreign experience. International standards and national legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the field of regulation of criminal liability of medical workers were studied, and existing achievements and problems were identified. The article identifies a number of major problems of legal responsibility in medical law related to the specifics of the profession. Based on progressive foreign experience, we have developed proposals for improving legislation in this area.
