THE ROLE OF DIGITALIZATION IN LEGAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING AND UZBEKISTAN'S ANTI-CYBERCRIME POLICY

This article comprehensively examines the issues of digitalization in education in the training of lawyers and the policy of Uzbekistan in the fight against cybercrime. One of the main goals of this article is to discuss legal measures that play a key role in preventing and countering cybercrime. We have studied and identified some possible threats that can lead to the digitalization of society. Based on the studied foreign experience (USA, Canada, Greece, Russian Federation, Belarus), proposals have been developed for the development of legislation in the Republic of Uzbekistan in this area.
