The article discusses a comparative analysis and positive aspects of the legislation of Uzbekistan and foreign countries on the punishment of underages. It also widely analyzes the general basis for criminal prosecution of underages, liability issues this category of persons before the law, character of the crime during appointment of punishment, the level of public danger and other factors.
