SOME ISSUES OF INTRODUCING THE INSTITUTION OF CONCILIATION ON THE ADMISSION OF GUILT IN CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS

In the article, searched the issues of social and legal significance of the admission of guilt, consideration of the admission of guilt as a moral value, the history of the institution of plea bargain (agreement), the main positive rules of the legislation of foreign developed countries, on legal proceedings under the plea bargain (agreement), significant aspects of criminal proceedings under the plea bargain (agreement). Also, proposals were prepared to make additions to the criminal procedure legislation, the procedure for a plea bargain (agreement).
