APPLICATION OF THE NORMS OF CUSTOMS LEGISLATION TO INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY IN THE COUNTRIES OF THE ROMAN-GERMANIC FAMILY OF LAW

In this dissertation work, the application of customs legislation on customs property objects, customs border crossing, electronic formalization of documents, the concept of export and import, basic principles, issues of improvement of customs legislation on customs property objects, application of customs legislation norms on customs property objects, the role and importance of customs relations were studied. At the same time, customs legislation in relation toualual property objects has been analyzed, customs legislation and practices of some foreign countries in relation to intellektual property objects have been studied in depth, and proposals have been developed to further improve the national legislation in this area.
