This article is devoted to the important tasks carried out in the field of improving the policy of liberalizing criminal penalties in the country in recent years, as well as to the issues of the concept of damage to public relations, which are directly targeted by the encroachment in the commission of a socially dangerous encroachment, compensation for the harm caused, the significance of the harm caused when qualifying the crime, as well as the problems of exemption from criminal liability and punishment in compensation for damage and harm.
