LEGAL FRAMEWORK FOR COMBATING CORRUPTION AND ITS PREVENTION IN THE BUSINESS SUPPORT SYSTEM IN UZBEKISTAN

The article discusses the nature of corruption, its risks, its identification and strengthening the legal framework for combating corruption in the business support system. The article also emphasizes that corruption is a negative phenomenon in everyday life. The consequences of corruption were analyzed in accordance with the criminal law. The author made suggestions for improving legislation on this topic.
