THE IMPORTANCE OF LEGAL AWARENESS AND CULTURE IN PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT

When it comes to legal awareness, legal culture, and legal literacy, most of us understand only the knowledge of the laws or the degree of their ignorance. In fact, this is a very broad concept that includes three important factors that determine the development of the state and society , which we have listed above. The legal culture of a high person obeys the laws, always obeys them and respects the laws. Such people do not act contrary to the rules established by law, but on the contrary, encourage others to do so. A socially-political Active citizen consciously reacts to events taking place in society, feels that he belongs to the reforms, and feels civic responsibility to the state and society. Most importantly, it tries to make a practical contribution to the development of the country. Along with citizens, the legal consciousness and culture of civil servants are important. In this article, we have developed proposals on aspects that need to pay special attention to improving the legal awareness and culture of civil servants.
