SOME COMMENTS ON THE ISSUE OF QUALIFICATION OF SPECIAL SUBJECT CRIMES

This article presents some comments on the qualification of special subject crimes. In this, special subject is considered as an inevitable sign of the criminal structure, serves as a sign of aggravating responsibility, and is taken into account as mitigating or aggravating circumstances in the individualization of punishment. This article describes the analysis of crimes that are the inevitable feature of the special subject crime structure. The author's conclusions and opinions on the analyzed issues are presented in the article.
