CONFLICT RESOLUTION IN LABOR RELATIONS: ANALYSIS OF JAPANESE LEGISLATION

This article analyzes the procedure for consideration and resolution of labor disputes in the labor legislation of Japan. In carrying out this analysis, sources of the International Labor Organization and an article by a Japanese scientist were used. In particular, the article presents a comparative legal
analysis of the jurisdiction that is absent in the labor legislation of Uzbekistan in dispute resolution – the Japanese labor tribunal. In labor tribunals, the dispute resolution process is recorded in the form of a scheme. The conclusion of the author is given at the end of the article
