ISSUES OF DETERMINING THE CONCEPT AND ESSENCE OF INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS OF ADMINISTRATION OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE

In the article it is discussed the differentiation of concepts of international standards and international principles of administration of justice. It is noted that international standards are based on international principles as a superstructure on the basis. It is formulated the concept of international standards of administration of justice as a set of rules recognized by states that reflect the normative minimum of respect of individual rights and the necessary procedures in the field of administration of justice
