Abstract

The article analyzes the legal basis for cases of invalidation of a departmental legal act, the problems of national legislation in resolving administrative disputes and proposals for resolving them, based on the scientific and theoretical prospects of foreign countries. Problems in the industry are analyzed in four ways. In particular, substantive problems of a procedural and organizational nature were investigated.
