SOME PROBLEMS OF DIVORCE

The article examines the problems of divorce in the context of ensuring and protecting the rights of all family members, justifying the identification of the essential features of the divorce legal relationship and its definition, including in the understanding as a mechanism aimed at protecting the rights of spouses and other family members.
The author proposes the improvement of the current family legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan aimed at ensuring the rights and interests of minor children in the event of divorce of parents.
