THE IMPORTANCE OF CONSTITUTIONAL STANDARDS IN THE LEGAL REGULATION OF RELATIONS OF COMPUTER PROGRAMS AND DATABASES

This article was prepared for the purpose of legal regulation of computer programs and databases. The article is dedicated to the 28th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan. This article describes how computer programs and database-related relationships can be regulated through constitutional norms. This article examines international and national legislations, also analyzes the existing problems in the republic, and describes their solutions from the scientific-legal doctrinal point of view.
