PREVENTIVE FEATURES OF SOME TRANSNATIONAL ORGANIZED CRIMES

At present, it is very important to improve international legal norms and explore new directions and prospects for strengthening responsibility for human trafficking, terrorism, money laundering, drug trafficking and other similar cross-border crimes. It is important to further improve interstate cooperation in the fight against this type of crime and increase the effectiveness of measures to prevent the growth of transnational organized crime. It is in this scientific article that the preventive signs of some transnational organized crimes are analyzed from a criminal law point of view.
